The Idea

Based on Experian Mosaic segmentation, we defined a specific conversion funnel for Viajes El Corte Inglés within the travel sector. From there, unique strategies were designed for each social platform, with their own conversation territories and a constant metrics analysis system to optimize results. All of this, in addition, added to a careful customer service in line with the values of El Corte Inglés.
